We're hiring a full-time Office Administrator at our Niagara Falls office. You're the first voice people hear when they call Force Security. When a customer needs service, wants a quote, or has a question about their alarm, you're the one who picks up, sorts it out, and gets it to the right person.
This isn't a faceless corporate gig. Force Security is a Canadian family-owned company that's been protecting homes and businesses across Niagara, Hamilton and the GTA since 1988. Same family, same building, same phone number. The office you'd be running is the middle of all of it.
If you're dependable, organized, and good with people, keep reading.
What You'll Actually Do Every Day
You run the front office that keeps the whole operation moving. Some calls are customers booking a service visit. Some are people who just had a break-in and need calm, helpful, and fast. You keep the schedule tight, the paperwork clean, and the technicians pointed at the right houses.
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers like a human, not a script
- Book service appointments and keep the technicians' schedule organized
- Keep customer accounts and work orders accurate and up to date in our systems
- Process paperwork for new installs, service calls, and monitoring accounts
- Follow up so nothing falls through the cracks
The Quick Facts
Now hiring. Posted July 8, 2026. Applications reviewed as they come in.
What You Bring to the Table
This job isn't complicated, but it matters. Every install, every service call, and every monitoring account runs through the front office. Here's what we can't teach:
- Dependability. You show up, on time, every day. This is the one we can't train.
- Organization. A wrong address on a work order sends a technician to the wrong house.
- Comfort with computers. Email, spreadsheets, and the willingness to learn our scheduling software.
- A friendly phone manner. Some callers just had a break-in. They need calm and helpful, not rushed.
No security industry experience needed. We'll train you on everything: our software, our systems, how the alarm business works. If you're reliable and quick to learn, you're qualified to apply.
Steady Work, Real Benefits
Security doesn't have an off-season, so neither does the office. This is steady, year-round, full-time work with a company that's been here since 1988 and plans to be here long after.
You also get full paid training on our software and systems. Nobody expects you to know the alarm business on day one.
Benefits
- Dental care
- Extended health care and vision care
- Life insurance
- Employee discount program
- On-site parking
- Paid training
Your Work Environment
You work from our Niagara Falls office, the same building the company has run from for decades. No ladders, no crawl spaces, no driving between job sites. Your day is phones, schedules, and keeping the operation honest.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. No evenings, no weekends. You're home for dinner every night.
- Office-based: your own desk, on-site parking, a small team you'll know by name
- Regular hours: the same schedule every week, all year
- Real responsibility: the office runs through you, and everyone knows it
