Is the quote really free with no obligation?
Yes. A technician visits your property, looks at everything, and gives you a detailed proposal. If you decide it's not for you, that's totally fine. We're not going to chase you down or guilt you into anything. We've been around since 1988. We don't need to pressure people.
How fast will someone get back to me?
Usually within a few hours on business days. If you call during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5), you'll talk to someone right away. After hours or weekends, we'll get back to you first thing the next business day.
I don't know anything about security systems. Is that okay?
That's most people who contact us. You don't need to know the difference between a motion sensor and a glass break detector. Just tell us about your property and what's got you thinking about security. We'll figure out the rest. That's literally what we do all day.
I already have a system from another company. Can you help?
Usually, yes. We can take over monitoring on a lot of existing systems depending on the equipment. And if you want to upgrade or replace what you've got, we can walk you through your options. Either way, we'll take a look and give you an honest assessment of what makes sense.
Do you handle both residential and commercial?
Both. We install home security systems and full commercial security setups. Alarm systems, cameras, access control, intercoms, fire protection, construction site monitoring. If it involves protecting a building, we probably do it.
What if I'm outside your main service area?
Call us anyway. Our main coverage is the Niagara Region, Hamilton, and the GTA, but we've done installs further out when the project makes sense. If we can't help you directly, we'll point you toward a reputable company in your area.
